Jim Chamberlain, PMP, President of Blue Dot Engineering, brings more than 35 years of experience to his Customers, including the best practices of ITIL, Program Management, and Systems Engineering. His experience includes more than 13 years supporting a variety of Intelligence Community and DoD Customers, and more than 25 years of experience in the US Air Force in Program Management, Acquisition, Logistics, Facility Engineering, and Intelligence Analysis roles. Jim is ITIL, ScrumMaster, and ISO 9001:2015 certified.
